The UW Tacoma campus is suspending operations Saturday, Feb. 13 through Monday, Feb. 15 in anticipation of significant snowfall and potentially icy conditions around the South Sound region.
With the University already in modified operational status due to COVID-19 — and due to the holiday weekend — the potential effect of this temporary suspension of nonessential operations due to weather conditions may be minimized because many employees should be able to continue their activities from their alternative work locations.
Please use caution when walking on and around campus, and when driving and walking on streets on and surrounding campus.
